About the attempt

The record attempt involved climbing the Seven Summits on a treadmill with an incline. Specifically, I "climbed" the highest mountain on each continent, which corresponds to a total of 43,313 meters of elevation. The world record attempt took place at STERK Løren in Oslo March 11th 2023.

The highest mountain on each of the seven continents: 

 

Asia : Mount Everest 8848m

South America : Aconcagua 6962m

North America : Denali 6190m

Africa Kilimanjaro 5895m

Europe : Mount Elbrus 5642m

Antarctica : Vinson Massif 4892m

Oceania/Australia : Carstensz Pyramid 4884m
